Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at San Gimignano 388.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card (Visa/CartaSI, MasterCard),
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 11:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 50 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
