Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Roccastrada 270.
The payment must be done with Cash
At arrival a security deposit of 30 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 45 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
