Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Montespertoli 27.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 09:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 15 dd on arrival to 2 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 1 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
