The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Monteriggioni 1034.
The payment must be done with Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 10 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 24:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 180 dd on arrival to 60 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 59 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 7 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 6 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
