Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Montemurlo 1120.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 50 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 15 dd on arrival to 8 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 75% of the total price.
Cancellations from 7 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
