The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Montelopio 613.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Cash or Cheque, Cash
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 10:00 and 24:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 50 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
