The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid 30 days before the arrival at Montaione 312.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer,
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 365 dd on arrival to 60 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 59 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
