Regulations

The total settlement will be paid 30 days before the arrival at Montaione 1687.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 8 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 7 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
