Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Lucca 1380.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 12:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 7 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
