The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Lucca 1330.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 30 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 18:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 10 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 9 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
