Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 20 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Laiatico 1473.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 09:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
