Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Firenze 1282.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card (Visa/CartaSI, MasterCard), Bank Transfer, Euro Cheque
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 15 dd on arrival to 4 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 3 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
