Booking formality

It is possible to book Upon express notice of the availability of the accommodation given by the staff that takes care of bookings Ask Availability here

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Fattoria Della Nave.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque, Euro Cheque
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 120 dd on arrival to 45 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 44 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
