Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Castelnuovo Berardenga 532.
The payment must be done with Euro Cheque
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 17:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
