Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Casole d'Elsa 2375.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 18:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 3 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
