Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Capraia e Limite 1306.
The payment must be done with Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 18:00 and 21:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 120 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
Cancellations from 365 dd on arrival to 121 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 0% of the total price.
