Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Camaiore 1631.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 30 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 18:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 90 dd on arrival to 61 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 16 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 15 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
