Regulations

The total settlement will be paid 30 days before the arrival at Buonconvento 1169.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer,
At arrival a security deposit of 10 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 18:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 40 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price.
Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
