Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Asciano 2127.
The payment must be done with Cash
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 17:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 120 dd on arrival to 90 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 10% of the total price.
Cancellations from 89 dd on arrival to 40 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 25% of the total price.
Cancellations from 39 dd on arrival to 25 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 24 dd on arrival to 11 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
