Regulations

The total settlement will be paid 30 days before the arrival at Asciano 1061.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 22:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
