Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Arezzo 1515.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 50 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 7 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 6 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 75% of the total price.
