The Villa is completely independent on 3 floors for a total of 270 square meters. It is located 4 km north of the center of the beautiful city of Siena on the countryside. It has six bedrooms, including four doubles and two singles and can accommodate up to 10 people. An ADSL Internet connection with Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Just 1,5 km away are important services such as a large supermarket, a bank with ATM, a post office, a pharmacy, a bakery and a pastry shop. It has a swimming pool with a beautiful garden, a SPA. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The villa that has rooms furnished with typical Tuscan furniture is situated on the top of a hill and has a fantastic panorama that varies from the Chianti hills to the Val d'Orcia hills. The structure of the house is in stone and was an old barn (ie a building for the storage of hay and wheat) and it is possible to recognize this by the shape of some of its windows and by the presence of the old courtyard paved with old salvaged bricks.

The well-kept garden of the villa is surrounded by a fence and a hedge for complete privacy. In the large garden there are trees and earthen pots full of flowers. The large yard is located between the house and the pool has a gazebo with a large table that can accommodate 10 people. The 6 × 12 meter swimming pool is finished in precious mosaic, has a Roman staircase on one side and overlooks the Chianti hills. Around the pool you will find wooden sun loungers with cushions and comfortable designer seating. In the farmyard and around the pool there is enough space to sunbathe but also to relax in the shade of characteristic Tuscan trees such as cypresses, olive trees, a magnolia and cedars of Lebanon.

From the lower level of the car park an outside stairs in stone leads to the front door. Entering the house, on the ground floor, after the entrance you are greeted by a large hall of 54 square meters with a dining area for 10 people, sofas, fireplace and valuable furniture. The salon is directly communicating with the kitchen through a large sliding door. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge with a separate freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee maker. To the left of the living room there is a corridor leading to the sleeping area on the ground floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and a single bedroom with a large single bed. The corridor leads to two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower. The rooms on this floor overlook the garden side. In the kitchen and in the living room there are two beautiful and practical French windows that lead to the large farmyard, the gazebo and the swimming pool.

Next to the entrance of the house there is a wooden staircase that leads to the night area on the first floor. On this floor there is a small entrance with a bathroom with shower, on the right there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom. At the end of the corridor there is a double bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. The rooms on this floor overlook the side of the main garden and the swimming pool.

From the living room a practical internal staircase leads to the SPA of the house. It is a large room of 50 square meters equipped with a sauna, a mini swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a shower with water cascade with multicolored LEDs as well as plenty of space to relax.
