Cooking Lessons: Hotel 4 Stelle near Siena in Toscana, Radda in Chianti
Tuscan cooking lesson (1 day):
With its conversion in hotel Radda in Chianti 1971 found again its roots connected to the hospitality it offered just in 1350 under form of "Hospitale"; the function of the "Hospitale" was to make less "uneasy" traveling for pilgrims and merchants and it included also to give meals.
