A little further away, at a distance between 150 and 300 meters, completely independent, we have 2 cottages with private garden, barbecue, parking.

All accommodations are furnished in Tuscan style, equipped with cooking utensils, linen, courtesy line.

Relaxation and a safe distance are guaranteed by the large garden, the independent entrances to access the accommodation, the forest and the olive grove!

All accommodations are clean and sanitized with an ozone machine.

The whole main area up to the pool is covered by a Wi-Fi network.

The apartments are all of refined elegance but, different from each other, equally cared for in the furnishings and finishes, with period furniture, exposed beams and rafters, terracotta floors, stone facades and thick walls that guarantee coolness in summer. and a warm winter warmth.

Property: nothing has been left to chance and every day is taken care of in the smallest details, simply to deserve to be the right frame for your memories, such as for the interior decorations for which we were inspired by the tradition of the city of the Palio and by the colors of Tuscany so that our homes could be transformed from simple lodgings into charming apartments for all our guests.

The whole property (about 10 hectares) is completely fenced, to ensure greater privacy, and is in turn surrounded by about 30 hectares of woods that guarantee silence and maximum privacy, while being well connected to the Siena - Grosseto state road from which will then be easily accessible to all major cities of art in the area.

Upon request and after checking the apartments in charge, we will be happy to welcome your trusty four-legged friends as long as they are well educated, sociable and respectful of both our spaces and the other guests of the structure.

The strategic and particularly privileged position, just twenty minutes from Siena and less than an hour from the Maremma sea, the proximity to the most beautiful places in Tuscany, from Chianti to Val d'Orcia, the family atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff, make this Agriturismo a second home for many of the guests who often return to these magical places for both a short weekend and a long regenerating holiday!

The farmhouse is located 20 km south of Siena; 1300 meters from the main link road SS223 Siena-Grosseto. This short stretch of road is a dirt road.

The first bar, a mini market with typical products, is 2.5 km away and is called Il Doccio. Following, at a distance of between 6-20 km, it is possible to reach villages where you can find basic necessities and so on, including: Casciano di Murlo; Rosia; San Rocco a Pilli.

For lovers of nature and its fruits we suggest a nice excursion to Il Cavolo a Merenda, organic garden, near San Gimignano, where vegetables, spices, fruit, herbs are grown, from where sauces, creams, jams are obtained, without the use of fertilizers ... a real tour of taste in the flavors of the garden.
