The farm is located in the forested green hills of Tuscany, within an area where grape and olive growing is at the order of the day.  The farm is surrounded by forest which occupies about one third of the 20 hectare farm, meaning that we are often visited by roe deer and fawns in the mornings.

The swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) is a short walk away from the guesthouse and overlooks the valley.  It is surrounded by lawns and a tiled area where you can lounge the summer days away. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided and there is a bathroom with a hot shower.

The guesthouse has a fully equipped dining room where our delicious continental breakfast is served.  Outside we also have a lovely wooden pergola where, weather permitting, you can enjoy your breakfast.

Out of respect for the territory and the land we use to produce our products, both our wine and olive oil is organically grown. We also have two different plum orchards (Coscia di Monaca), one in full view from the guesthouse, along with other fruit trees scattered around the farm.  There is also a lovely hazelnut grove with a path that leads you to the swimming pool.

Montepulciano is located in the center of ​​southern Siena which includes the Val d’Orcia, the Valdichiana and, marginally, the Crete Senesi. Therefore, those who spend the night here on the farm can quickly and easily reach tourist attractions such as Siena, Florence, Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino, San Quirico d'Orcia, Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno, Lake Montepulciano and the Etruscan tombs of Chiusi.

The landscape that opens up all around Montepulciano takes your breath away and has a pinch of charm that only a magical place is capable of instilling.  We love the hills, vineyards, lakes in the distance, olive groves, expertly restored farmhouses and pleasant ancient villages and we would love to share it with you.
