The jams, bread, yogurt and cakes for our breakfasts are homemade. For groups of over 4 people we can provide lunch or dinner from typical Tuscan menus predominantly using produce from our organic kitchen garden, but in any case products in season.

The meat we serve, like the wine and eggs, is often purchased from certified organic farms and is always produced locally.
