Cooking courses: for lovers of Italian food cooking and for who wants to fulfil a voyage through typical Umbrian flavours and not only that, we propose, in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, cooking courses to learn to invent and realise one or more menus choosing the ingredients and the accompanying wines with care.

Wine and cheese tasting: you will be served a selection of six local cheeses, with a growing series of aromas, from the lightest to the strongest. You will taste primo latte del Cucco, cenerino di Gubbio, pecorino or caprino della Valnerina, pecorino ubriaco, pecorino stagionato, formaggio di Fossa. The cheese selection will be accompanied with fruit chutneys and home made mustards and bread baked in the wood oven. The accompanying wines: grechetto, chardonnay, muffato e passito. At every tasting, the tasting techniques and the visible, fragrant differences are explained.
Cheese and meats tasting: you will be served a selection of three cheeses and three meats, capocollo of Assisi, prosciutto of Norcia or the Valle del Tevere, salame of Norcia or Peglia, accompanied with bread cooked in the wood oven. The wines served are: Grechetto, Chardonnay, Passito, Gamay, Spumante.
