The restaurant proposes a menu with dishes of the local tradition, using mainly the products of the farm. Peculiar are the home made salami and speck and the bean Gialèt, a Slow Food© presidium. The kitchen serves also everyday home made pasta and bread. All the cultivations and breeding of the farm are done using natural techniques.
