Guided tour of a sweet chestnut grove with presentation and explanation of the various stages of cultivation: processing, pruning, harvest.

Oldest recipe for the preparation of the „Castagnaccio“ (sweet chestnut cake).
Trip to a „Sweet chestnut fest“ in a nearby village at harvest time.

The soil as a living organism, the influence of the cosmos on plants and animals. Biodynamic means for the protection of soil and plants.

Minimum attendance: 8 children, maximum attendance: 15 children. There is one guardian for every 3 children.
Age: 5 – 11 years.

A day at the farm
The opportunity to get to know better farm life with all its different aspects.

Minimum attendance: 10 children, maximum attendance: 25 children.
Age: 5 – 11 years.
