Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Vernio 488.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash
At arrival a security deposit of 10 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 09:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 90 dd on arrival to 31 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
