Position: the building is situated 35 km South of the city of Livorno in a central area of the Etruscan Riviera 1000 metres from the sea, surrounded by the Tuscan countryside.

Description: the Residence comprises 19 spacious and welcoming one- and two-room apartments. Gastronomy and ceremonies: the Restaurant has an open air hall, and the Bar awaits you for breakfast, “aperitivi” and after-dinner drinks.
There is also a large hall available for special occasions and meetings.
