- Additional change of linen € 10,00.
- The day before the departure will be made an inspection: if the cleaning is not satisfactory (bags of the trash, spotted linen and sofas, dirty dishes and pots), the sum of € 25,00 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Restaurant and pool side bar service
Usigliano di Lari 75 offers to guests a service restaurant with fixed menu’.
From April to September the restaurant will be open for dinner upon booking only on Friday and Saturday.
The reservation has to be made the day before .This is also valid on arrival day. During summer time (high season), it’s possible to reserve a cold lunch at pool side bar.The pool side bar will be opened according to guests' requests.
When the restaurant is closed, the nearest restourant is 2,5 km from the farmhouse.
