A class

The cooking class is given over a 4 day period, Monday thru Thursday. Dada will hold the class for a minimum of 2 people to a maximum of 8 people.

Our geese

The classes will be from 4.30 PM to 7.30-8.00 (dinner time) PM, Mondays through Wednesdays, (if just 2 people from 5,30 PM to 7.30-8.00 PM) and from 9 AM to 12:30 PM on Thursdays, when bread will be made.

Our crops

Normally classes are in april, may, june, mid-september, october, november. Dada is a highly respected chef, and guests come from all over Italy to enjoy her delicious and wholesome cooking.

Dada in 2000 is one of the 16 chefs chosen by Italian National Television (RAI ONE) to partecipate to the TV SHOW "La prova del Cuoco" (italian version of "Ready steady cook").
