Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Trieste 1211.
The payment must be done with Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 12:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 11:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 10 dd on arrival to 1 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
Cancellations from 0 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
