TENNIS: tennis court reservations can be arranged in nearby clubs. The landlord is a fairly good tennis player and, if necessary, he will be happy to be your tennis partner.
GOLF: there are two 18 holes golf courses in the neighbourhood, one in Trieste and one in Grado.
SAILING: sailing boat rentals can be arranged (with or without skippers) for amusing sailing trips to the nearby Istria or Dalmatia coastlines, where spectacular islands and crystal clear waters await you.
JOGGING: there are countless of jogging trails you can try out, along the coast or over the coast, in the beautiful local outback called Carso, in the woods, in green and shady areas.
SCUBA DIVING: provided you are experienced and have the necessary equipment, you can dive in our beach below the villa. The water is perfect: no wonder there is an offshore mussel culture nearby!
CARD GAMES: if you are less attracted to outdoor activities and like playing cards, you can enjoy card games in the villa, playing in the shade of the pine trees. The landlord and the landlady are fairly good Bridge and Burraco players, and will be more than happy to join you.
