In the price is all inclusive, final cleaning, linen, and this other service: when arrive in our agriturismo you can find a special holidays with a little present paint by hand, a welcome cest with our cake hand made, our jam, honey, milk, butter; gazebo, swimming pool 13x8x1.50, "cellaio" a roomrestored in the ancient cellar to pass fresh moment, ping pong, mountainbikes, traditional woodoven and stone barbecue in the garden with a big table to stay together outside, then each apartment have a reseved place with a garden table, you can use washing machine, once a week we organize a farm visit where is possible to eat our little beaf, then the discount to go in the restaurant close here, to go in the thermal bath in San Casciano dei Bagni, and wineshop, icecream shop, ceramics factorys where is possible to take a course, etc... , it's moreover include the vegetables product in my garden close the apartments, you can take directly. If you know this area when arrive you fall in love, is wonderfull and very rich to historic, etruscan and medieval village, beautifull enviroment, green hills. The guests can discover this area and in the same time can stay in relax. Will be wonderfull stay here because our agriturismo it's at the border with Latium, 300 m far from Umbria and 7 km far from Tuscany, Orvieto is far from our farmholiday, only 20 kms, exit big way, train station, each hour there is a train that in 1 hour arrive in the Rome centre or in 1 hour and half in Firenze, it's far from Siena only 90 kms, so in 1 hour you can visit Siena and before you meet on the Cassia Street the beautiful little village, or with a 1 hour you can visit also Perugia, or Tuscania e Tarquinia, we stay in the heart of etruscan land, and more more... It is considered the cradle of the mysterious Etruscan civilization. The land of Tuscia is blessed with a rich natural and cultural heritage including: the Etruscan Necropoli, Roman Ruins, Palaces, Castles, Natural Reserve, Hot Water springs and Sacred Festivals. we stay in the group of Qualità Agriturist, this is the rule:
