Very close to Todi, on an 8-hectare organic farm, a welcoming villa made up of independent apartments finished and furnished with extreme care to ensure maximum practicality and comfort.
We are in the hills, about 300 meters above sea level, near a very small village with a medieval tower which at the time was called "Torre di Iolo", transformed into Torriola over time. At 1.3km. there is Pian di San Martino, a small village with a post office and church. At 2.5 km there is Ponterio, with 2 supermarkets, 3 bars, 2 banks, pharmacy, pizzeria/cafeteria, tobacconist and dozens of shops of all types.
The location is strategic for moving far and wide: with the E45 highway you can easily reach Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto. And the A1 Rome-Milan motorway is half an hour away, with the Orvieto exit
The farmhouse is completely fenced and has a large garden with barbecue and children's corner.
Among the facilities, we mention: the swimming pool, with an incredible view of Todi, to relax while staying fit. (open from May to September).

Just outside the gate, a vast network of comfortable paths for walking in the woods in search of mushrooms or wild asparagus.
The company, with the care and passion of the past, produces wine and extra virgin olive oil, honey, jams, vegetables and eggs from hens that live in the wild.
There are two types of apartments: two-room and three-room apartments, each with garden furniture and private outdoor space
In this Agriturismo we organize, upon request, wine tours, cooking lessons, olive oil tasting/tasting courses.

Pets must be calm and well behaved: they must not disturb the other Guests with noise, they must ABSOLUTELY not be left free to move around in the common areas.

In case of cancellations made between 24 hours after the booking and 30 days before the arrival, a penalty of 30% on the total amount will be applied.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
In case of 'missed arrival' or 'Early Departure', cancellation policies starting from '0 days before arrival' will be applied
