Quite near Todi, a comfortable villa with 5 self catering apartments, each one furnished and finished with extreme care in a farmland area of 16 acres.
2 two roomed apartments (Spighe and Papavero) and 3 three roomed apartments (Glicine, Margherita end Girasole) each one with a private outdoor area for alfresco dining.
The villa is located in the ideal place to reach easily the most interesting places in Umbria or Tuscany and be back for a swim or a relaxing massage before supper. The area is completely enclosed allowing you to meet during your walks small animals and birds such as hares, squirrels and pheasants.
Among the amenities: pool, with a breathtaking view upon Todi; garden with patio, barbecue, play corner for kids; lounge/meeting room; pingpong and table football; organic kitchengarden; laundry room.
Just outside the gate,a number of paths and itineraries both for walking and biking in the nature.
On request we can arrange wine tours, tastings of typical local produces, catering of home-mademeals with natural produces from our farm
