Location: the holiday house is located in the umbrian countryside, framed within rolling green hills and laying a stone's throw from typical medieval hamlet Monticello.

Only 7 Km from Todi, 40 Km from Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi and Terni.

Description: the family house has been converted into a nice holiday home by the owners who are very happy to welcome guests into their beautiful quiet apartments.
It is framed by a nice garden with outdoor furniture, playground, BBQ and a splendid pool set like a gem in the private olive grove.

Accommodation: the house features 3 confortable units, all well equipped and furnished, full of light and with breathtaking views over the sorrounding countryside.
On the ground floor is the communal area including the large living room with fireplace, kitchenette, satellite TV and internet point.
