Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Sinalunga 471.
The payment must be done with Cash
At arrival a security deposit of 30 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 45 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
Cancellations from 44 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
Cancellations from 365 dd on arrival to 61 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
