Split level small apartment (first and second floor) with 2 bedrooms (rosa and verde), 1 kitchen diner and a shower bathroom (60 mq).
There are 2 entrances to the apartment: one from the yard and the other from the south side.
The kitchen has beams and the original cotto floor, with a window on the North side looking out on to the yard.
On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms and toilet.
Verde room: this is another attic room with beams.
It also can used as a double or triple room, with a window looking out on to the South side.

It can be used as a double or triple room, with a window looking out on to the North side on the yard.
Close by, there are also a farm shop and the cellars.
The cellar used for ageing wine was refurbished with new oak barrels at the end of 2005.
Uccelliera:
Another apartment (private) in the former farmstead "Uccelliera ", which dates back to the end of 18th century.
Once a stable, the Sunflower room has since been restored to create a huge room (180 msq) mostly used for special celebration and activities. (Wine tasting, birthday, training courses).
This room, which is heated by two large fireplaces, one of which in stone, still keeps the original manger and watering trough.
