Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Scansano 2297.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card (Visa/CartaSI, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, EuropeCard), Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 30 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 7 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 20% of the total price.
Cancellations from 3 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
Cancellations from 6 dd on arrival to 4 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
