once called "Podere delle Pietre Buone", in existence since 1400. Surrounded by a thick vegetation with tall cypresses, the village is characterized by a cluster of buildings that are typical of the rural Tuscan landscape.
An old mill, a barn, a wine-fermentation room, a brick-kiln (once a factory for the construction of fired bricks) a peasant's house, with courtyard paved in stone, surrounded by a porch and other buildings, next to the proprietor's Villa with a little Chapel decorated with 1700 frescoes and the former lemon-house overlooking a hanging garden have today been transformed into cozy homes, without modifying the original architecture.
