  • The booking requires a deposit of 50 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer,

    The details of how to pay the bank transfer as the name of the beneficiary and the name of his/her bank, will be supplied at the end of the reservation request process.

  • The total settlement will be paid 60 days before the arrival at Sassetta 650.

  • Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 18:00.
  • Rooms must be left at least at 11:00.
  • Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

  • Cancellations from 360 dd on arrival to 181 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
  • Cancellations from 180 dd on arrival to 60 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
  • Cancellations from 59 dd on arrival to 45 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 75% of the total price.
  • Cancellations from 44 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
