This is a lovely house on a hillside overlooking the beautiful Bay of S.M. Leuca. The house is partly a riconstructed Trullo, the typical rural houses of the Salento, with a master bedroom and a bathroom.

The other part is a modern construction which fits in perfectly with the traditional building, with another bedroom and bathroom with shower, and a small living area with equipped kitchen. There is a terrace with pergola (outdoor living space), with a panoramic view of the sea and a barbecue area.

There is a fresh, pine wood around the house where there is an area to relax in with a table and stone seats. Outdoor shower. A small boat is available on request, for excursions to the peaceful bays with turquoise waters.
