Location: the farmhouse is located 40 Km far from Florence, in a special position, exactly halfway between Pisa and Florence, very close to Lucca, Leghorn and the coast.
The structure is immersed in the heart of the Tuscan countryside and it allows you a comfortable stay with its swimming pool and the chance to visit artistic works the whole world admires in the nearby capitals of art like Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Swimming pool

Composition: the farmhouse consists of 9 apartments built in a whole formed by two 1800/1900 farm-houses. Each apartment contains typical Tuscan furniture and is beautifully finished.
Everywhere we can feel the warmth of brickwork floors, ceilings with wooden beams and fireplaces. The apartments, all different from one another, bear the names of our grandparents’ games.
All of them are provided with a living room with a cooking area equipped with all the necessary tools, satellite TV and heating.

Swimming pool

Services: the guests are also provided with a swimming pool plunged into the green, the ideal place to regenerate on the hot summer days.
Walking among olive trees and vineyards is another relaxing activity the guests can practise during their stay here.
The small oratory located underneath the estate is undoubtedly the oldest of the 4 oratories existing in the Parish of Cusignano, dating back to 1590.

Countryside with vineyards

Environs: the Chianti region and Siena are easy to reach from here. This is why there is a wide choice of tourist, historical, oenogastronomic and natural routes.
Each town or village proposes, especially during the summer season, a wide range of events and situations linked with popular culture, music and food that will lead the most curious guest right into the heart of Tuscan tradition.
