The rent includes the use of the kitchen in the apartment by deposit: the kitchen must be left clean and tidy as its delivery upon arrival.
The cleaning service of the kitchen and washing dishes can be requested, and is intended as extra fee.
Activities: the staff is always at the guests' disposal to organize excursions, suggest where and how to best practice sports, book plane and train tickets, or recommend great places to visit.

Guests must give prior notice to hotel staff of time of arrival. Check in from 22:00 till 24:00 only on advance request upon reservation. Late check in - from 24:00 and later - is possible with an extra charge of 50% of the rate for the first night, even if providing regular reservation.
