Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at San Gimignano 2656.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash

Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellations from 50 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 25% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 7 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 75% of the total price.
Cancellations from 6 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
