Description: the farmhouse is a tipycal old dairy farm builded with stones in the 1800 th cured in all details and furnished with good taste and functionality, so to offer a nice and relaxing journey to our customers. Composition: the farmhouse get 5 elegants and big apartments in tipycal tuscan style. It got floors and roofs with handmade brickwork, chestnut rooftrees.

The apartments can be rent to group of 16-18 people too and each can give hospitality from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 people; there are usually one or two double rooms, one large living room with kitchnette, one or two bathrooms equipped with every service.
Swimming pool: we get a big swimmingpool for our guests (7 x 14 m) and it offers a splendid view on the tuscany hills. Outdoor services: the Farmhouse get a private parking, a big garden with barbecue, gazebo, chairs, tables and big sun umbrellas.

Indoor services: all apartments have air conditioning, independent heating system, TV color – SAT, video tape, telephone, radio, loudspeaker, hairdryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven-grill and microwave. Moreover, each apartment has an independent entry and a private garden all around the farmhouse. Environs: the farmhouse is near to San Gimignano and it is possible to reach it by walking in few minutes. The place is near to important places in tuscany like Siena, Florence, Pisa and Volterra.
