Disappointing accommodation.Appartments ok,appartments' equipment poor,no proper parking space,poor cleaning,noisy neighbours,underheat ,in general: minus for the value of money.

Notre petit groupe d'amis (club de voitures anciennes) a été ravi de ce séjour dans ces demeures de charme, particulièrement bien situé pour visiter la Toscane
Maisons décorées avec beaucoup de gout. Propreté absolue, ainsi que la piscine. Confort et calme. sanitaires parfaits.
a prévoir: carte détaillée pour l'acces à San Gimignano 2396. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouver, en pleine nuit. L'adresse ne peu etre utilisée par le GPS

les transats sont de qualité médiocres, instabilité des parasols car les pieds servant à maintenir le parasol était inadapté

Great apartment, great pool, central to many great towns in Tuscany
Great apartment. Well maintained. Great bedrooms and bathrooms and good kitchen facilities. Excellent pool. Very clean and big compared to many other places. Not too many people using the pool as everyone at the complex had different schedules so we often used it alone. Quiet complex despite many apartments. Would have been nice to have a dishwasher in the kitchen as I know some of the apartments did ;-)
Washing machine didn't work on several occasions so I had wet, dirty clothes that I had to wash by hand after the machine stopped mid cycle and I lost my money. On-site person wasn't there at the times posted and I didn't see her after I'd checked in. Hilly, steep location so not ideal for very small babies/toddlers or people who are unsteady on their feet (older parents for instance.) However, we managed with a 15 month old and a 73 year old grand mother, so it's not that bad.

the personn in charge only speeks italian and no effort was made to understand our english questions...

Lækker lejlighed i god kvalitet og moderne og samtidigt autentisk italiensk stil. Rent og ryddeligt alle steder. Pool området gav masser af plads - ofte næsten for os selv. Personalet var hjælpsomt og imødekommende i enhver henseende.
Først og fremmest er udsigten fra stedet ikke den klassiske toscanske, men derimod lidt nede i en overvejende skovdækket dal. Det er ærgerligt når man nu er i det ellers så smukke, åbne Toscanske landskab. Der er lidt langt til andre ting. Poolen er lige dyb overalt, hvilket er godt for alle andre end småbørn.

Sole di Toscana... in moto
luogo tranquillo, struttura ben rifinita con ampie stanze, piscina, barbecue...in sostanza assolutamente in simbiosi con il territorio circostante. La struttura dista solo pochi km dal centro di San Gimignano, nei quali s'incontrano paesaggi e strade meravigliose, visto che eravamo in moto!!
